Growing & Prevailing in Praying

  • Thank the Lord for all His benefits to you and all yours (Ps. 103:1-2)
  • Confess that Jesus was delivered up because of your offenses; He was raised because of your Justification.    (Rom. 4:25); therefore, as long as you’re not living in sin, no accusation of hell can hinder your prayers.
  •  Confess that Jesus was wounded for your transgressions, He was bruised for your iniquities; The chastisement for your peace was upon Him, And by His stripes you’re healed.     (Is. 53:5)
  • Thank the Lord that all His promises are Yes and Amen in Christ (2 Cor. 1:20); they are for you (2 Peter 1:4) and God is not a man that He will lie (Num. 23:19).

Envisioning:

  • Lord, I confess that your word is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Heb. 4:12). Let your Word set me free from fear, doubt, unbelief and sin this month.
  • Dear Lord, let all my plans be divinely orchestrated, my thoughts to be divinely inspired and my steps to be divinely directed throughout this month/year. (Prov. 16:9; Ps. 37:23-24; Isaiah 30:21)
  • Lord, reveal to me, each day of this month, the word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life. (Ps. 143:8)
  • Throughout this month, please reveal to me/us the season I am/we are in and the understanding of what I/we should do (1 Chr. 12:32)
  • Lord, I will delight in you in place of prayer and I submit all my strategic planning, vision and process this month and this year to your divine will and purpose. Ps. 37:4-5; Prov. 16:3; 19:21.
  • We pray that our leaders in NCC will operate in divine wisdom, revelation and divine enablement. Psalms 80:17; 104:4; Acts 4:29-34; Ephesians 6:19-20
  • Pray for guidance, revelation, protection and empowerment for our leaders at NCCEP
  • Lord, we receive your revelation and anointing to command life to every dryness (Ezek. 37), barren (2 Kings 2:19-22) and every dead thing (John 11:38-44) in my life, career, home, relationship or finance.

 Possibilities:
  • LORD, I confess you as the Lord over my life, home, finance, relationship, ministry and I confess that there is nothing difficult for you to do (Jer. 32:26-27)
  • Lord we believe you for undeniable miracles, signs and wonders in our midst. Fill our mouths with laughter of rejoicing and testimonies.
  • Lord we receive your grace for extraordinary achievement and fulfilment this month. We confess that You are able to do far more abundantly beyond all that i ask or think, according to the power that works within me. (Ephesians 5:20).
  • I believe you Lord that, as God of Possibilities, no promise is too hard for you to fulfil (Num. 23:19); no Prayer is too hard for you to answer (Jer. 33:3); no Problem is too hard for you to solve (Mark 4:35-41); and no Person is too difficult for you to save (Luke 7:36-50)
  • I trust you Lord, for increase in divine power, love and sound mind. I will not be afraid, timid or careless in this month. (I Timothy 1:7)
  • Dear Lord, I ask for the wisdom, resources, strength & grace to do all things this month, through You who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13)
  • We decree an end, in the name of the Lord Jesus, to every sceptre of wickedness conflicting with the plan of God for our lives and we declare that no power of wickedness shall rest on any area of our lives and sin shall not have dominion over me (Psalm 125:3)

Transformational:
  •  Lord Jesus, we ask for an intimate revelation of You and Your Holy Spirit so that we will be strong, and resist ungodly challenges throughout this season (Dan. 11:32)
  • Lord we ask for your grace to be transformational in our network in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity (1 Timothy 4:12)
  • In our Church, we ask for nations as our inheritance. Use us as ‘Salt’ and as ‘Lights’ to many lives and communities (Micah 4:1-2; Matt. 5:13-16)
  • Lord, strengthen me to prioritise prayer, studying of the word and spiritual development in my lifestyle and to focus on things that will add values to me spiritually. (Romans 8:5-7)
  • Pray for the leaders in the Body of Christ to be greatly discerning to the heart of God and to walk in His truth.
  • Pray that your Church members will have a heart for missions and outreaches and to see many people saved and added to God’s kingdom. Pray that God will send ‘labourers’ from and ‘builders’ to your Church as we make His business our business.
  • Lord help us not to be conformed to this world, but to be continuously transformed by the renewing of our mind, that we may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God (Rom. 12:1-2)
  • Lord, help me to share the gospel with friends and family and to win at least 1person to you this month (Matthew 28:19)
  • Pray that every tribe and tongue in your neighbourhood and in the United Kingdom will bow to the Lordship of the Lord Jesus.
