  • Lord, visit the unsaved people of Streatham, London and our neighbourhood and take out of them a people for your name. (Acts 15:14)
  • This season, we receive the demonstration of God's love and power through us, causing many to believe & turn to You (Acts 9:32-42)
  • Lord, this season, we call nations that we do not know, and we declare that nations that do not know us shall run to us; because of the Lord our God and the Holy One of Israel, for He has glorified us (Isaiah 55:5)
  • Lord we pray, that the Church will walk in the fear of the Lord and the comfort & help of the Holy Spirit (Acts 9:31)
  • Lord, in this season we want to experience the joint working of your word & your works in us, among us and through us. We hunger for the revelation of Your word to us & the demonstration of Your works through us (John 14:8-16)
  • Lord, this season, we receive the revelation of your secrets. Show us your thoughts and lead us in Your ways (Isaiah 55:8-9; (Amos 3:7-8)
  • Lord, let the revelation of Your Word birth truth, conviction & transformation in us and let the demonstration of Your works lead to the manifestation of power, glory, signs, wonder & majesty amongst us.

UNcompromised!

We pray for Spirit-enabled self-control:

  • Proverbs 25:28: A person without self-control is as defenceless as a city with broken-down walls.
  • Gal 5:22-23: But when the Holy Spirit controls our lives, he will produce this kind of fruit in us: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self- control. Here there is no conflict with the law.

A life of moral excellence leads to knowing God better. Knowing God leads to self-control. Self- control leads to patient endurance, and patient endurance leads to godliness.
