Authority of the Believer

“…..and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come…..” Ephesians 1:19-21

In the month of April, as we celebrate the Easter season; our prayer focus is to receive the revelation of the Believer’s Authority; received through the Resurrection, the Ascension and the Glorification of the Lord Jesus.

Thanksgiving:

• Thank the Lord for your salvation & for making you alive, who was dead in trespasses and sins; and for saving you by His grace (Eph. 1:1-5; Col. 2:9-14)

• Thank Him that in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ; who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation between you and God. (Eph. 2:13-14)

Supplication:

• Ask the Lord for the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him (Eph. 1:17)

• Pray that the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in you. (Eph. 1:18)

• Pray for a deeper revelation of Christ and the power of His resurrection (Phil. 3:10)

• Believe the Lord, that you will manifest power and authority over all devils, to cure diseases, to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.” (Luke 9:1-2; Matt. 10:1)

• Believe the Lord that you will be triumphant in Christ over all challenges, and through you, He will spread the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. (2 Cor. 2:14)

• Thank the Lord/Ask for His Spirit which raised Jesus from the dead. Believe the Lord to give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you. (Roman 8:11)

• Pray that you will walk in the revelation of Jesus, as the ‘offered Lamb’ this new month, and that the Lord will supply all your need spiritually, physically, materially, financially, emotionally and socially in Jesus' name. (Isa. 51:3; Heb. 7:27; 10:12; 2 Pet 1:3-4).
